Ban AutismOne Conference which Offers Unregulated Products that Endanger Autistic Children
My
Colleagues and I have been campaigning for nearly two years now trying
to ban abusive and unregulated products being offered as Autism Treatments.
It is very hard work but we won’t give up until we achieve our goal of securing legislation to protect the Autistic community.
What
upsets us the most is even though we have brought huge awareness to the
public regarding dangerous and unregulated products like MMS and GcMAF,
establishments are still providing platforms to Charlatans to host
Seminars to encourage parents to give these unregulated products to
their Autistic children.
One of the biggest Conferences promoting these Quack treatments is AutismOne.
Each May in Illinois Chicago hundreds of Speakers attend the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel where they promote their various Quack treatments at a Conference that spans for four days.
‘Treatments’
such as Magnet therapy, Sauna therapy, HBOT, Cannabis Therapy, Fecal
Implant therapy, Stem Cell Therapy, GcMAF and much more.
Up until last year the MMS Bleach product was also on this list.
Kerri
Rivera who offers MMS as a miracle 'Cure’ for Autism is barred from
promoting her dangerous Bleach Protocol this May however all the other
Quacks are free to promote their unproven and unregulated products.
One
of this years key speakers is Marco Ruggiero, he is promoting the live
unregulated blood product GcMAF. Ruggiero worked alongside the late Dr.
Bradstreet who committed suicide last Summer shortly after he was raided
by the Authorities.
Bradstreet was giving unregulated live blood product GcMAF to Autistic children.
He also offered other unregulated products.
Most
of the Speakers are not registered Doctors yet they are allowed to hand out medical advice and offer
unregulated products to Autistic children.
Some of these products such as MMS and GcMAF have serious side effects and they can be lethal.
You have to ask yourself over and over, how can this be happening?
How
can a reputable Hotel like the Loews Chicago O'Hare allow platforms for
these Charlatans to experiment on Autistic children?
We begged the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel last year not to allow the AutismOne Conference to go ahead, petitions were made, emails were written and many phone calls made.
I spoke to
the highest departments and said it would be bad for the Hotels
reputation if they support these Charlatans but sadly the Hotel values
Dollars more than the welfare of Autistic children.
They
were informed of the dangers of these products, they were informed of
the criminal behaviour of some of the Speakers presenting but it did not
matter to the Management of the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel.

We discovered that the Loews Hotel was actually allowing parents to poison their Autistic children with BLEACH on their premises at the AutismOne Conference!
It is bad enough that they allow Quacks to promote and offer dangerous and unregulated products but allowing this ABUSE of Autistic Children is simply shocking and criminal!

here we are again with another AutismOne Conference in the headlights
and yes the hosts for this Conference this year is the Loews Chicago
O'Hare Hotel.
Even after all the drama last
time, Kerri Rivera being barred by the Attorney General of Illinois and
Dr.Bradstreet’s investigations and subsequent suicide, the Loews Chicago
O'Hare still support this Conference that incites hatred of Autism,
feeds it’s clients with misinformation and promotes Endangerment of
Children!
What does that say about an establishment?
What does it say about the reputation of a prestigious Hotel?
Well to me it says…..
1. They do not care what the public think.
2. Money is all that matters to this Hotel and not their Clients.
3. They have no interest in the welfare of the Autistic Community.
4. They are playing a major part in building Stigma and Discrimination towards a group of people in society.
5. They are promoting criminal activity by allowing Charlatans to peddle dangerous and unregulated products.
6. They are promoting endangerment of Autistic children.
Hundreds of people reached out to the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel last year, Autistic people, Parents of Autistic children and anyone that could see how awfully WRONG this matter is.
The Loews Chicago O'Hare ignored all voices, they even disabled their Facebook page.
They shut us out!
We who are asking not to be stigmatised!
We who do not want to be experimented on with dangerous and unregulated products!
We who are wanting the same Rights as everybody else in our Society!
We the Autistic community and all good Citizens who support equality and justice!
The AutismOne Conference is due to be held on May 25th -29th at the same venue the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel.
We will fight again to stop this Conference that discriminates against and Endangers the Autistic community.
A Conference operated by Charlatans who are anti-Science, anti-Vaccination and who promote dangerous and unregulated products!
A Conference that describes the Autistic community as diseased, damaged, injured, trapped, missing and lost!
A Quack Fest promoting an Anti-Autistic message!
Just
imagine if this were any other group in Society being described this
way, being discriminated against and being experimented on with
dangerous, unproven and unregulated products!
Just imagine what would happen ??

Not only are these products dangerous; promoting a cure for autism is extremely ableist and xenophobic. We don't need a cure; we need neurotypicals to start listening to us and stop mistreating us.
This is a barbaric practise and needs to be outlawed. I will do all I can to make sure nobody I know does business with a place that promotes endangering autistic children's lives just to make a buck. These people should not be allowed to have a conference anywhere.
This hotel can not be expected to behave as a moral individual. It is a capitalist corporate entity, which has as its sole reason for existence profit, not unlike the quacks it allows to use its premises as a market place. It has to be hit in the pocket. The more publicity of its behaviour and that of the quacks the better. If possible a protest on the ground at the hotel might cost it in terms of adverse client reactions. If possible protests should not just take place at the time of the conference, but well in advance and repeatedly, with press releases to the media explaining.
This hotel knows full well its allowing charlatans sell and talk about their wares....it's all about the money....children are been used for this....and abused....
I am an autistic adult and parent and I wish the catastrophisation and abuse of the neurodivergent to be stopped. We are not guinea pigs but real, actual people who are entitled to be treated as such and accepted as such and not subjected or allowed to be subject to untested, barbaric pseudo science and charlatanry.
Disgusting bunch of phonies!, selling quack cures to parents of autistic children who have no choice but to submit to this inhumane treatment. We are autistic adults that are protesting this. There is no cure for the violence I would feel if any of you stinking quacks tried to force this treatment on me or mine!
Stop torturing autistic adults and children with dangerous, unregulated money making, fake. so called treatments

Promoting the traveling snake oil salesman is one thing, but promoting the snake oil salesman who knowingly sells harmful product to children with disabilities is supporting assault upon a disabled child or adult. "Alternative" medicine is NOT science: "I understand that medicine is a business and that alternative medicine is a business; but part of the difference in medicine is that we’re supposed to have professional norms, professional values, and professional commitments. If you keep telling people it’s just a marketplace and that they’re just clients and that autonomy of the patient is what must be served to make them happy customers, they you have a collapse of professionalism in the face of consumer demand." – Art Caplan
