Assault weapons, such as the ones used in the Aurora, Co shooting should not be sold in stores for people to obtain them. I have no objection to hunting rifles and hand guns for personal protection. What other use is there for these assault weapons other than taking innocent lives and causing senseless grief and heartache? Ban these assault weapons now. Our legislature caves in to the NRA, but these weapons do nothing but kill people. They are not for hunting or personal protection. BAN THEM NOW.
