I want Congress/Senate to pass laws banning all social media from jails, prisons and mental institutions and perfecting privacy procedures on the Internet for persons such as celebrities, psychiatrists, psychologists, politicians, former victims of serious crime, and victim witnesses so that intrigued perpetrators from inside a correctional system or clients in need of mental health services have less opportunity to access the private home or information of a protected or vulnerable individual.
