This is not abuse at all. He is 16, not 2. If I saw a mom hit a little kid like that, I would be upset but this kid is almost an adult and someone needed to knock some sense into him. I hope he really thinks about his choices from here on out and makes good choices. Children's services needs to look into real abuse situations!
