This mother attempted to stop her son from participating in the insane rioting going on in Baltimore and is now under investigation by Child Protective Services.
PARENTS are the first one to get blamed for their children's actions yet we can't do anything to stop them from acting out!?
This is NOT fair! This child was NOT beat! He is a 16 year old young man that knows better and clearly this was a form of discipline and not abuse!
