traffic on Middle Line Road has increased greatly as Route 50 has become more congested. Expanded traffic study MUST be done.

Walmart coming to Ballston should be based on its impact on our community. Only a Positive Declaration will give us enough information to decide. Say yes to Pos Dec.

I have no problem with Wal-Mart but I truly can not think of a worse location for it. It needs to go somewhere else where it won't so negatively effect traffic, students, and a recovering small business community.

Though some like to think Walmart benefits a community, study after study shows they have a net negative impact economically, culturally, environmentally. Check for yourself, then join us in promoting Smart Growth.

No amount of 'pre-studies' can negate the obligation of the planning board to declare a pos dec. Anyone who thinks this project will not have any adverse impacts is living in a cave.
