I support the demolition of 2016 N. Van Buren. The house is not in a livable condition and needs to be torn down. My father, Jim Gray, Sr. lived in this house for many years. The new plan is a huge improvement to the neighborhood. Best of luck to the new owners.

My father lived in this house for 30 years. 2016 N. Van Buren has significant structural problems that would warrant tearing the house down and building a new house on the lot. The Ballard's have a beautiful house plans for 2016 N.Van Buren. The plans are appropriate for the neighborhood and it will greatly improve the block. I hope that everyone will support the Ballard's in moving forward on their plans.
