We need a change, a person who actually cares about the people and neighborhoods and how building/homelessness impacts them.

Councilman O'Brien appears to be happily spending our tax dollars but not listening to us. Taxation without representation?

After reading his proposal (not written by him or his staff), which doesn't actually address homelessness, I'm ready for a new council representative.

Boot him and the mayor!

It is with great pleasure I sign this. Mike O'Brien does NOT represent us. I have no idea what planet he comes from. Let us all work very hard to get 77,000 signatures.

Leading up to the last election, I thought for sure O'Brian would not be re-elected. He is truly a horrible public servant & definitely should be removed from office.

While moving into our new house yesterday, we heard retching and came outside to see a homeless man vomiting repeatedly onto our property. We protested and he said "the sidewalk is public property" (his feet were technically on the sidewalk but he was leaning against and vomiting on our home). I'm afraid that with Mike O'Brien it's only a matter of time before that guy and his friends will be camping on the large parking strip in front of our house and justifying any behavior by saying it's "public property." I'm willing to pay money for drug rehab and shelters but not property taxes so people feel free to vomit on my home.

Incompetent activism has no place in the governing of Seattle.

City council members need to also be thinking about the rights of the citizens paying the taxes: on houses, for the parks, for the roadways, for the city council paid positions, and for the services that already go to the homeless. There has to be better Alternatives than to make it ok to camp and every single public space.

We need a city council that responds to the needs of all of Seattle and will keep our city livable and safe.

We need someone who will listen to the tax payers. We don't want Seattle to become like a third world city.
