We the parents and students of Baldwin High School SPED programs have reason to believe Baldwin is in violation of federal and state disability laws, civil rights, as well as misuse of federal SPED funding. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens and students of Baldwin High School who urge our leaders to act now to Audit SPED financial and administrative records.
