Please help get Balboa's Pet Store cleaned up or put out of business. They are neglecting and abusing animals by providing an unsanitary atmosphered and by allowing dead animals to remain in the cages with live animals. They are not feeding the animals or cleaning their cages. It is just disgusting and the owners and employees laugh about it.
