We the people demand the immediate passage in to law the following.

If Congress, The House of Representatives or the President, Fails to sign a balanced budget by the 1st day of the year for that budget, They will not be paid until such time as they pass a balanced budget. Their pay will restart effective the day they sign a balanced budget. We owe it to our Nation and to our Children to leave the United States of America Stronger than when we had the blessing of being born in to it.
