This petition is to demand a Constitutional Amendment to Balance the Federal Budget wherein the Congress and President can spend no more money then the government received from revenues in the previous calendar year. This Amendment specifically prohibits deficit spending including any practice or scheme through an United States Agency, Department or Government entity to sell, trade or provide promissory notes including Bonds, Treasure Notes or Federally Backed Financial Securities or Instruments that would essentially add debt beyond the resources derived from the revenues of the previous calendar year.
