Bahria town has done wrong with its investors. People showed interest and trust and deposited their saved money and BT owner earned interest on their money and returned nothing. Only giant investors earned small investors got loss as stock market owners with small investors.. At least balloting should be fair and cleared..No one cares about povers

Plot nos are allotted to favorite dealers which is breach of trust.
This the reason despite of possession of plots and good quality of development prices could not rise as expected.
DHA CITY prices are skyrocketing due transparent course of allotment and so on.

Despite of bahria town repeated commitments to hold balloting for the unsuccessfull applicants who still await plot number, till date no date announced.
This is ruining the bahria town image, and truly is unfair to those plot owners who complied with conditions but continue to suffer and depletion of value of their plot due to no number.
This also brings conspiracy against bahria town true that they have sold more plots than actual land or legal ownership land and this holding them from balloting.
Playing with the fate of so many innocent public is completely unfair. We are all amongst those who are very loyal customers of bahria since decades, but now even we are frustrated due to non fulfillment of commitments.

BTK must carry out Balloting for those paying all the installments on time which is not being done for no reason. this is extremely unfair and we strongly request to carry out balloting to allocate our plot number and locations as there is clear and big difference in balloted and un balloted plots and / or houses.
