We all should be refunded for non use of the hours we were in darkness. Instead we are receiving increased bills from BPL.

Yes they are very negligent. Imagine persons on ventilators, or whoseeficatiin has to remain cool at all times. Theyalong enough money to have the equipment's in ave toeet the growing demand.
