Something needs to be done. If our power is off up to 4 times a week and on some days twice a day how are we still be charged these ridiculous bills?

I am signing because in 2019 we should not be living like this and it's uncomfortable I moved back home from abroad and my son has eczema could you imagine how he looks he bumps and my air condition nomore works

My claim would be for endangering the safety and security of children at home during the summer months...due to loss of communication via cable which facilitates phone and camera system and alarm services.
I would also like to look into the hike of the billing due to the surge and other related issues.
