This is really frustrating to say the least. Just absurd and unacceptable. And to think that the bill is higher while the outages and load shedding than when the electricity is on. Damages to appliances which you refuse to reimburse. I am just sick and tired it goes off up to three times a day sometimes for five hours . The incompetency must cease. This Management board needs to be revisited. To many lies being told to the public and when the truth is exposed Mr. beastie and his executives tries to cover it up.

Sunday 25th September 2019, when the electricity came back on between 3 and 4 PM, my baker refused to restart.

This is totally acceptable! Then the expect for people to pay these exsurbadent light bills. It's time for us to come together and stand up and stop just making noise!

Tired of having cakes destroyed while in oven...loosing money! When the power goes off, so does the oven!! Why are we paying light bills every month and have to deal with 4hr power outages daily! Sick and tired!!!!

Don't take too long. These incompetent a... have gotten away over the years with far to much. We cannot lose. No court will ever allow BPL etc to get away with saying sorry and not pay the millions they owe in damages in a variety of forms.
Really annoying. Cant sit at home for a minute enjoying family time without electricity going off.
The monopoly must be broken and BPL held to a much higher standard.
I'm running on. I'll stop here because my anger might make me write words that are not nice to print.

The Bahamas is years behind the times, out with them expensive fuel hogs and in with green energy. The Bahamas has so many natural resources not to be powered by renewable energy.

Because of the light keep going on and of my frigde is no longer working because of that.. I got someone to look at the problem and was told it can't be repair
