Looks like another case of large corporate company failings from the outset and an attempt to absolve themselves of all responsibility for this no matter the consequences to the wronged party.

It's horrible that we Bahamians are being robbed in plain sight by these banks in our own Bahama land

These Canadian bank are the modern day slave masters. Giving consumers Loan with interest already added plus additional daily per diam of $25. This is outrageous. They give loans at 15-18%and interest at less than 1%

Banks need oversight by governments to help consumers who are victims of their fraud and misconduct.

It's really bad that these banks could care less how much lives they are destroying when this could have been settled years ago and might have been paid for by now. This was a project that was for his children, grandchildren and their children but so much for them. Hope all works out.

Canadian Banks here in the Bahamas and most countries in OUR Caribbean have been dictators and abusive of the system for many years. Time to stop them. Reform,

This bank's bully tactics and professional misconduct is shameless -- they must be held accountable by being addressed at the highest tiers of the justice system.
