The rule is to keep our bags outside the library to prevent food eating during lessons. This makes our stuff vulnerable to theft and having our property damaged from the weather. This can be critical to someone with a medical condition as they need their bag beside them to provide the things needed. Someone could grab their bag and potentially be running around with weapons.
