Had the worst experience at the one con I went to of theirs. Schedule was a mess and they randomly decided to move the autographs up a few hours. I’d gone to lunch and nearly missed them! Poorly planned. They’ve also blocked me on twitter for simply disagreeing with them/voicing my displeasure.

I gave eyecon the benefit of the doubt by attending this month because I really did not believe all the comments that were made. I saw first hand how rude and unhelpful the majority of the voulnteers were.

I don’t even know where to begin on the issues I’ve had with this company. So so so many. Save your money and spend it at FWB we’re you actually get what you pay for!

I went once, and by the end I didn’t want to return to another. The entire weekend was planned poorly, and you got maybe a second with the guest you were meeting, unless it was a “side character”.

As a past volunteer for this company, not only was I mistreated, the attendees around me were as well. I was starved all day, not given breaks and was overall rude to. Obviously the ladies will never come back so this company is just washed up and old. Worst company to ever put on a convention and I am appalled that they are still existent.

My experience wasn’t as bad as many others but if there is one thing I hate is someone not owning up to what they have done. Eyecon has blamed anyone and everyone for the bs they have pulled. It amazes me that there are still people supporting this shady company instead of the cast who made OTH the show we love.

I hate this company! I can’t understand that people and actors continue to go to their conventions! they steal money from customers, lie all the time, just think about them, and didnt even treat all the actors properly! Their disgusting!!!

There are no words to describe my disgust by this company. They only look out for themselves. Their constant bashing of oth cast members and paying customers should be more than enough to shut them down.

I regret giving this horrendous company my money every single day.

The way eyecon treated Sophia and Hilarie, two of the lead ladies, is unacceptable. Who would mock and belittle two of the ladies who starred in the show we love? I was treated poorly at the only eyecon event I attended after a volunteer/staff member heard me mention attending the Chicago Heroes event. The events are unorganized, a waste of money, and an overall horrible experience. I regret spending any of my money at the event. I have friends who were owed refunds who never received them. The owner of eyecon has recently in a news article called the OTH fan base "volatile". Who speaks of their customers this way?! Beware!

I had a terribly awful experience here. I paid for a meet and greet that was never announced and was given times on social media as to when it would be and guess what..that was not truth! And when the building was CLOSING we were asked to leave and still no one knew ANYTHING! This company will take your money and run!

I've seen eyecon hurt my friends, hurt my favorite cast, belittle my friends experiences that deserve to be heard, and much more. Eyecon doesn't care about our feelings or love for OTH. They care about the dollar signs that our beloved cast brings to them. We deserve better.

Eyecon doesn’t deserve the OTHFamILY.

I supported eyecon for years. I went to all of their OTH cons. I saw their true colors after the way they’re treated Hilarie and sophia for speaking out against the women’s con theme. They are extremely unprofessional and treat their attendees horribly. They don’t allow you to talk to the celebs, they rush you through the lines and you’re lucky enough to get a hug from the guests. They also refuse to refund for cancelled guests/events.
