I cannot believe this child is even having to fight to keep his chickens. He does not live in town, who is this even affecting?
He is learning how to be responsible and obviously takes great pride in having these hens. Please make an acception for this young boy.

It is ridiculous and selfish for a grown up to take away a child’s chickens. It will teach him far more than the complainer will probably ever learn.

Providing your family with food is a NECESSITY. Everyone should be encouraged to have hens .

Laying hens should be allowed anywhere. Maybe make an allotment of how many (they are quieter than dogs)...
