Backyard chickens are allowed in every county around Tampa except in Pasco County. This petition is to let those in charge of the decisions that the citizens of Pasco should be given the tights as other counties in the area to be allowed to raise domestic chickens in their backyard. These chickens are only to be 2-3 hens with NO roosters. These chickens are also to be kept in coops within a fenced-in backyards. This also allows the keeping of chickens in Deed-restricted subdivisions as long as these chickens are in a homeowners backyard.
