On September 27, 2007, I, Brandy Diggs was terminated from my current position at Ham's Restaurant for and altercation that I did not instigated. As a result, I am now facing criminal assault charges after I was accosted even when law enforcement was called in my behalf. My nature is well known for being cheerful, fun and outgoing. I am very dependable and always approachable. I would have never thought that something so small would cost me my job. With your help I would like to present this petition "Back to Work" to my superiors to gain my position as a server once again at Ham's Restaurant.
