We already paid for it :/ it’s just not fair to change the attributes now. Next time just do what’s right at the beginning, and don’t bait people to buy things with good attributes.

Making the coat essentially worthless right after getting people to spend SO MUCH MONEY trying to get it is one of the dodgiest things I've ever seen a mobage company do. Refund it or fix it!

I only baught the suit for these attributes. Spending $15 for a suit that doesnt have what i paid for, and recieving a 100 diamond "compensation" is insulting. This is dishonest and undermining of your customers.

Hello Love Nikki support team,
I'm writing to let you know that I am very displeased with the recent change in the stats of I DO. I feel this was a very unfair decision.
I personally only bought Zodiac packs to try to get that suit because I knew it had a top-scoring item in it. Looking at comments I am seeing on Facebook, Discord and Reddit, many other players who have the suit got it for the same reason.
The fact that the stats have been changed only now, after the suit is no longer available for purchase, makes me distrust the whole concept of paying for chances at suits.
Here's what you have done:
- given players a chance to get something they want by spending money
- after receiving the money, changed the item to something they DON'T want
- kept the money and offered compensation that is NOT equal to the amount of money spent
Do you understand why people would be upset by this? I would not have purchased any Zodiac packs if I were not trying to get that specific item. It was a big draw for many players, and we all have a right to be upset that we are not being refunded properly.
This makes it hard to see the sense in making in-game purchases at all. How can I trust that you won't change the stats of any item I purchase? For example, I could top up diamonds to get the new suit that was announced today, and then the day the sale ends and you have all our money, you could just change the suit so it's not the same thing we purchased anymore? This kind of distrust makes me not want to make purchases at all.
Please consider either refunding players properly for this change, or change the stats of I DO back to what they were before.

No one was complaining about the stats, rather the gambling aspect the suit introduced. This is absurd and down right wrong to change the stats of a suit that people really only got for the stats.
