We, the undersigned property owners, residing in or near the Sunrise Estates subdivision, are in favor of a one-time variance to allow NCS Technologies (hereafter referred to as Backroads Broadband), owned by Neal and Connie Silvers, to continue with and complete (including power-up and initiation of service) the installation of the transmission tower located on Lot M12 of Sunrise Estates in Corsicana, Texas.

This petition includes the names of those members of Sunrise Estates, as well as those in the surrounding area who would directly benefit from the availability of the high speed internet access this variance will provide.

The "Declaration Of Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions Of Sunrise Estates", Article IV (Use Restrictions), Section 1, should be amended to reflect this one-time variance for NCS Technologies, or Backroads Broadband.

We believe it is in the best interest of Sunrise Estates, as well as the surrounding residents, that this variance be incorporated, and done so without monetary penalty or monthly rent requirements being forced on Backroads Broadband.

The voting members of the association request that a special meeting be scheduled, according to SEPOA By-Laws, Article VII, to both, provide us with an update on this matter and receive our input.
