We love the greenbelts, they add a peaceful atmosphere to the complex. That is one of the things that adds to property value. We've owned our unit for over 30 years,.

I recently closed escrow on my unit, and one of the reasons why I decided to purchase it is because of the access to the greenbelt. I believe the renovations are unsightly, and deem the greenbelt unuseable. In addition, it will reduce my property value. Had I known that this was even being considered, I would have purchased another home outside of this community.

This project needs to be stopped immediately. The new planting looks horrible. Cynthia Lowe and I complained loud and clear at a meeting last summer. We really need more homeowners involved with the Association's agenda.

My husband and I own three units which we rent out and I think removing the turf without input from residents is shameful

I live on one of the greenbelts and the thought of not being able to enjoy using it anymore or not taking in the lush green view from my unit sickens me. The new landscaping looks horrible and defeats the purpose of having open space in our community. Property values will certainly decrease with the inability to enjoy open space and the lack of curb appeal for the units.

Rather than removing the Grass, Why don't we explore expanding people's patios to eliminate common maintenance areas, but giving residence more of their own space?

I believe the Board has violated our CCR's by approving this project without a homeowner vote. Requests for information to the contrary have been ignored. I want this project stopped so it can proceed through the correct course of action, one that would include homeowner input and approval. I want the lawn back in front of our house where my kids play!
