I honestly stared at the screen for ten minutes because 500 people actually signed this thing and it feels like a total fever dream (the good kind, if there is one). People keep leaving these heartbreaking messages and I read them all while my coffee goes cold because how can you not pay attention to what everyone is saying here.

my head is spinning looking at the count creeping up toward 500 when it really feels like this is finally starting to sink in for people who were ignoring it. if you have a second please just toss this onto your timeline because the folks at the council office are definitely checking the counter and we need them to see a wall of names staring back at them when they walk in.

I just looked at the screen and saw the counter hit triple digits which is honestly overwhelming because I honestly thought it would just be me and maybe my neighbour caring about this. It feels like such a heavy thing to carry alone but suddenly it feels a bit lighter seeing that other people actually want to make sure he is remembered too.

its heartbreaking what happened to him. haringey really let him down and they owe it to him to put a plaque up. he shouldnt be forgotten
poor little soul. he deserves to be remembered properly instead of just swept under the rug.
the council failed him so bad. a plaque is the least they can do now.
