This law is archaic and should be changed very few people get married and men are being discriminated against.

I had the same problem. The father died before the birth in Spain and I fought and fought it. In the end they did it. I had to get letters from doctors, midwives etc. They interviewed members of his family and Co formed we were together and gathered photos. hard battle but so worth it.
