this law should be change. things are hard enuff for his family to leave a child his legacy and her not to have his name on her birth citificate its a discrase. everyone should have the right to know who there father is even if the father isnt around

Poor family, as if they don't have enough to cope with. They should absolutely be able to use his name. If its just a case of money I would be happy to make a donation And I'm sure many others would too.
