Baby denied father's name because he died before birth was registered.

The child deserves the right to have there fathers name it's bad enough a child growing up without there daddy

The law should catch up with the way modern families now exist. The numbers if unmarried parents has increased to more than married parents. Shenayah deserves to have her father's name on her birth certificate.

I hope the child gets his daddys name on the birth certificate. it will mean the world to that little one when he is older

This is disgusting my boyfriend was killed 5 weeks ago in a motorbike accident and I'm 35weeks pregnant. I did not know she would not be able to take his name or be on the birth certificate. This needs to be changed its hard enough what your going good through anyway let alone them doing this on top. Let's hope this will help. X
