this is disgusting the law should be changed. Why should this poor woman and her daughter suffer and not be allowed to make the child have the last name as her dad it's wrong

my brother was killed two months before his son was born. his namewas not allowed on thebirth certificate. this law really needs changing xx

a hope the registry office is happy with themself! not only is she had to bury her bf, dad to her wee girl but she needs to pay 4 grand, total joke like.. a hope she wins it at court and get all her money back. this world is just turnin into a joke like!

absolute disgrace, how can women who lie about the fathers of their child get their names on a birth cert& this poor girl can't even get her little girls daddies name on hers, the man who was there for eveything dont you think she's going through enough.... have a heart!!
