The courts finally saw reason and granted Cynthia and Charles the legal power to make medical decisions for Andrew. This fight was long and brutal but the right side won in the end. We will keep watching over Andrew as he continues his recovery.

We hit 250 signatures and the legal system needs to stop ignoring this tragedy. Baby Andrew deserves protectors who actually fight for his life instead of keeping the people who love him on the sidelines.

I have been following this tragic story and think Grandma and Grandpa should be able to make this decision, as they are the ones that have been there for Baby Andrew since the beginning. God Bless You All. Baby Andrew I am praying for you to heel and have a full recovery. Love You bunches
This baby needs his grandparents to be his voice. They have been by his side since the beginning, where his own mother has left him all alone fighting for his life. Praying for healing for this beautiful baby boy and strength for his amazing grandparents.
I was once blessed to be part of this loving family! I hope for the best for baby andrew!!! Charles and Cynthia should very well be responsible for his care...as they are the ones by his side!!!
Savannah post was sickening to read. She called him "that child". Not my baby but that child. The pain on Cynthias face is heartbreaking. A grownup needs to be able to make these difficult decisions. Prayers!!
Baby Andrew's Grandparents are the one's who have been by his side since this happened not sticking by the lowlife bf who abused him they should get the say in all his care they have his best interest at heart. praying for a miracle!!!

The mother stands by the abuser instead of her son. I'm hoping the parents adopt their grandson. I do not think their daughterdid mature enough to make decisions for her child she hasn't so far.
