Keeping it short and simple

I myself as a X high ranking member of the HQ team believe that there is a lack of respect and courtesy given to who have served their time as High Command and HQ.

Day and Nights spent fixing BA and helping BA progress seem to go unappreciated and irrespective once these members slip into the lower ranks. Personally I am not widely disrespected however colleagues who have worked just as hard are disrespected and abused.

The idea of service medals and general medals was proposed but refused many times. Even just some kind of recognition on a wall or a medal may be enough to bring some sort of respect towards these veterans. Furthermore a committee should be made that asks for advice from X high ranking officials inorder to help BA be advised and directed towards a better path more effectively.
