In my opinion our State Legislature should cannonize this matter into Az State law unanimously of their own merrit. Or The People should get it on the ballot asap .

It’s not just the holidays. Any random night of the week can sound like a war zone. All hours of the night. Constantly have to sedate my animals. It’s out of control!!!

Fireworks are OUT OF CONTROL! Not only do fireworks terrorize animals, Veterans with PTSD and also people with mental disabilities, they also affect people with breathing problems. STOP FIREWORKS!

The fireworks are absolutely intolerable. The get worse every succeeding Holiday! Locations, both temporary and permanent, of fireworks sales have quadrupled the last couple of years. Our dogs are terrified for days at a time as the legal and illegal fireworks continue unabated. STOP THE SALES OF ALL FIREWORKS!!

I say enough is enough! It was one thing when they allowed fireworks back in the day to be used on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve, but now it is an everyday norm. I don't remember the Christmas story going like this: Silent night, holy night, all is calm,
(BOOM, BOOM, BOOM). Plus, enough with torchering our animals, and people with PTSD, and disturbing the peace all night long. Last but not least, causing high pollution which is harmful to many with breathing conditions.

Hopefully we can get consumer fireworks banned! I have 3 dogs & 2 horses, they all hate all the fireworks going off on New Year Eve and the 4th of July.

Fireworks would only be allowed in controlled areas by professionals. They are a danger in the hands of the public. Although they are illegal they are sold on every street corner in AZ.

Not only are my dogs freaked out I also have a member of my family that suffers from PTS due to the Vietnam War. This is not fair to our soldiers that risked their lives serving our country.

We are a dry environment and do not need fireworks. They are used irresponsibly within city limits where they are illegal. Stop selling them when they can't be used. Makes NO sense. There are too many people setting them off for days and long hours. It is beyond ridiculous.
