PLAYING WITH FIRE...HELP BAN CONSUMER FIREWORKS IN ARIZONA

Stop the neighborhood fireworks! Take it to a designated location in Pinal County or an open football field or whatever is designated. It starts every year around 8pm and doesn't stop until 1 or 2am. Forth of July and New Year's Eve are out of control. Plus the litter is left behind in the street and in private property yards.

This NEEDS to stop!

I am a veteran of a foreign war. Fireworks aren't th greatest thing for PTSD. Im getting really tired of having to wear ear muffs during the 4th and new years. Having to take tranquilizers along with this so I don't freak out and start having flashbacks of the biggest and fastest tank battle in US History. Fireworks in Arizona is an ignorant idea. There's kindling everywhere and it's too dry. We as well as our neighbors have had grass fires in our yards because of consumers that don't read the law first. We have one neighbor that goes to Mexico and buys commercial grade fireworks. He's the reason for the fires. By time law enforcement shows up they're out of sight. Consumer fireworks have to go.

I would like fireworks to be ban because it’s not only on days we celebrate something but almost everyday making my dog really scared and honestly because of pollution and many accidents.

Too many fireworks, scaring people and animals. Major Ptsd. The fireworks make others want to commit suicide.

I support this position for veterans, anyone with PTSD, people and animals sensitive to loud noises, and the dangers of illegally setting off fireworks that leave the ground despite county ordinances

Please Ban All Fireworks except those that are set off in a designated area by professionals on special occasions such as July 4th

We lost our dog of 13 years due to fireworks. We are tired of them.

It is difficult enough to deal with the professional fireworks but at least we could get rid of the legal sale to consumers

When you allow legal fireworks the illegal get mixed in and cant be controlled so stop this!! And why does an az senator (David Gowan) choose to sell fireworks as a side job anyway?

Please make and enforce a ban on private fireworks. Our air quality and the health of our community are being threatened. In addition, as Phoenix becomes known as place of high pollution, tourism will ultimately decline and economic growth will slow.

Every major holiday turns into a war zone. There's no excuse for such inconsideration for neighbors of the people shooting these things off. It's bad for everybody's nerves and we constantly have lost dogs because they're running from the noise. Decent law abiding citizens shouldn't have to put up with this. Allowing legal fireworks in Arizona was a big mistake.

There is a time and place for firworks the desert and every day and night all night is neither the right time or place. My neighbors and i have barley slept since chrismas eve dogs are up shaking all night several have jumped fences on a sunday night when is no holiday.fire dept has been called out for fires in the alley and it wasnt e en new years eve.We have a home for elderly with dementia patents and several older Veterans that live in the nighborhood.its out if control the fireworks wake you up all night they are comercial grade loud explosions that people with no reguard for others or the fact we live in a desert are using every night all night for weeks on end.

No fireworks should ever be allowed to be Sold OR Transported OR Stored in our desert State EXCEPT by Licensed individuals.

The climate is not going to change and water Arizona. I have dead hanging trees around me, also my dog's are afraid when the sun sets due to the constant noise.

Growing up in this desert state home fireworks were illegal and not sold. It is a danger to the community and all of the animals. Stop being greedy and put an end to this madness.

We don’t need to have fireworks, they are disturbing and leaves a mess.

I believe that this will help veterans that have ptsd that have triggers during these events and as well as kids and pets that that have high stress responses. It can in long run effect their mental health negatively.

They make holidays not even fun anymore! People are to ignorant and disrespectful
