Paul Revere provides an excellent facility for many many families who take part in AYSO. It would be a shame to lose this resource which is so highly valued.

It is unfortunate that a public school administrator like Principal Iannucci prefers to benefit the elite few at the expense of the diverse many.

Children need a place to play, every year it gets less and less. It's an outrage. Paul Revere is the perfect place, do NOT take away these fields.

AYSO has been THE defining HIGHLIGHT of my son's young life and we rely on it remaining community-based. Please please do not take away our access to Paul Revere. It would impact so many lives.

As President of Pacific Palisades Residents Association we request that children and families in the Palisades are not displaced to other fields.

I support this position. As a witness to the value delivered to the development of our kids, we must take a stand.

As a former chief coach of AYSO in Region 69, I wholeheartedly endorse the views expressed in this petition. Certainly, there has to be a more equitable way to balance competing interests for this precious playing area.

The neighborhoods of Brentwood and Pacific Palisades desperately needs field space for their community-based youth sports, and soccer in particular. AYSO involves all the kids of the area, everyone plays, and parents are required to volunteer. Many of these kids are in the Paul Revere School district and will attend school there. AYSO has great guidelines about respecting the neighborhood and cleaning up after. It would be a shame not to let this tradition continue.

Our tax dollars pay for this field. It belongs to the community as it always has been. Let's do the right thing.

I grew up every Saturday playing soccer at Paul Revere. When I attended Revere, I had a sense of pride that my school and AYSO soccer team were affiliated on the same field. I played soccer everyday at lunch and continuing afterwards for practice. Please do not rid AYSO of this field, the program needs it as a foundational space to raise children who understand the dynamic of being on a soccer team.

As a tax payer who funds the LAUSD ,these fields belong to the citizens and should be accessible to all.

The use of fields everywhere for children is disappearing for "higher" uses. Please keep it for the kids!

Please do not take PR away from AYSO Region 69. My 3 kids played for over 10 years with this organization on those fields and they will have lifelong wonderful memories from it. This is where they experienced the joy of kicking the ball for the first time, scoring their first goal, making lifelong friendships (parents and kids), learning the value of commitment, and how to be a gracious loser. Paul Revere and AYSO is the most beautiful model of how a community comes together regardless of ethnicity, social status or any other dividing factors. Please don't take this away from them in favor of big business.
