I was SO excited when I THOUGHT A&W was going to have a vegan burger! I live in a small town that has no vegan or vegetarian restaurants and was absolutely thrilled that I was going to be able to go to A&W with my family & friends, in my town, and have a meal! You would have gained LOTS of business from us!! (I was a regular patron of A&W until I became vegan a little over a year ago. Haven't eaten there since, So, not only does that mean that you don't have MY business anymore, it also means that you don't have the business of anyone I eat out with because there's nothing for me to have at A&W.) I am perplexed as to why you haven't taken the couple of extra, simple steps to ensure the burger is vegan--who is this burger supposed to be for, if it isn't us vegans???

Please make the beyond burguer 100% vegan. Theres a whole population waiting for you guys and its the right thing to do. We deserve that option.

Great effort! Please make it totally vegan and offer vegan mayonnaise. Thats easier than the research and production that went into he burger. And ideally dont cook it on the same grill and fryer as animals. Please n thank you :)

If they are going to the trouble to bring in the beyond burger it seems silly not to make it up to standards for their main clientele aka vegans... Cooking it with meat and not even having an option of no mayonnaise doesn't seem very smart.

Vegetarians already have their own veggie burger on the A&W menu, let’s make things easier for our vegan and animal friends by letting them have their own 100% vegan friendly burger on the menu.

As a vegan of over 20+ years I am pleased to hear that large chains are attempting to offer plant based menu options however, strict vegans will not eat food that has come into contact with animal products.
Please take it that step further and make it a vegan

A step in the right direction but both quiet there. Having a separate space on the grill and using vegan buns and condiments would make this perfect.

They really missed the mark. No warnings that it’s cooked on the same grill as animal products. Extremely disappointed. Will go back if they make the necessary changes.
