Dear Citizen of AP, 02.03.15
At the time of bifurcation of AP state there were promises and also incorporated in constitution of bifurcation of state bills and some of them are mentioned as below:
* Special status to the state which facilitates to waive of taxes and provide subsidies till 10 years from implementation of act.
*To recover from revenue deficit and also to boost up for make in India, center has to provide financial support by allot more funds.
*Fund allocation in stages to construct a world class capital city to the state in a limited period of 5years.
* AP state has revenue deficit of thousands of crores since leaving twin cities to Telengana, which cities have major % of revenue of total two states.
* Polavaram Project is allocated as a national project and fund will be given from center, but now it is allocated only of 100 crores against 16000 crores, if if it is completed in 3 yrs otherwise it reaches to above 20,000 crores.
* Discrimination visible even in Rly Budget that AP state has lost once again the opportunity to get a railway zone based from Visakhapatnam by adding VSP division consists of VSKP(Waltair),Vizianagaram,Srikakulam and other divisions such as VJW,Gudur,Renigunta.If it happened more trains will start from VSKP station which facilitates to get more ticket quota and other office buildings as well as zonal establishment facilities here.
*Now, more trains starting from ViSakhapatnam station are extended to Bhubaneswar and starting station facility goes to Bhubaneswar.It looks like a domination of Bhubaneswar zone on Visakhapatnam division.
* Though we all supported and casted our mandates to central & state governments in general elections, it is time to fight against discrimination till fulfill our rights,which were promised while bifurcation.
Now, central government has given chance to an undermined party i.e Congress to voice on it.
* So, aware every AP citizen, where ever you may be for your career purpose(abroad), pl sound your voice. Otherwise, you may loose all your own rights and will be treated as a truely secondary citizen as our center thinks now. So, do sign to this petition and forward to each and every individual to sign as all our voice. Give a big hand immediately.
