All E-liquid manufacturers that are currently in the inventory of all members of the Association of Vape Shop Owners of the Philippines and legitimate shop owners who signed this petition should only join a maximum of three (3) major events per year.

Also during the events that they will participate, manufacturers should not sell their products for retail at the current or below the re-seller's price (RSP) since this confidential and should only be provided to shop owners.

All members of the Association of Vape Shop Owners of the Philippines and other legitimate shop owners who signed this petition will not do any business with E liquid manufacturers that fails to comply.

Lastly, if any E-liquid manufacturer is caught and proven to be involved in any illegal activities (eg drugs, scam, no business permits, no laboratories etc) will not be entartained by the members of the Association of Vape Shop Owners of the Philippines and all other legitimate shops who signed this petition.
