The Dog Run needs more cameras to enforce accountability on those residents who refuse to pick up poop after their dog. It's a breeding ground of germs and disease, not to mention rats. I know, because I have seen a dead rat before in the dog run. Also, it needs to be regraded for proper drainage to prevent standing water and resodded so it's not a mud pit after rain. It's not much of an inviting space. They also need to only have access to the storage rooms to only those who are paying for them.

The extortion at this building is disgusting. They target their own residents and put them them at risk by not providing any security as promised in our lease. We pay for what? I’ve lived in the finest buildings in this city with nba players as neighbors and know now what I paid for....a response and peace of mind. Midway and AG fail to provide that with lack luster over promised services. Fake ass luxury building wannabes. Amateur company. Amateur management. Jonathan and Jandra are all this building has to count on. The building spray painted a bunch of spots “reserved “ in the midst of the corona outbreak while everyone is staying home to be able to charge more for parking and capitalize off residents being on lock down. My attorney is drafting papers as well. I’ve had tow stickers placed on my vehicle as a handicapped resident.

Agreed. My fiancé and I have both been victims of car theft in the parking garages. No long term increased security measures were taken after meeting with the staff regarding the break ins.

I support this. I feel a bit of an abandonment. I understand precaution measures of COVID-19 but management can do more to make the resident feel more comfortable. Also feel security shouldn’t be a talking point, it should just be there. Be accountable.

I don’t feel the support of management , email speak down to residents. Front desk seems vacant even before crisis other than Johnaton. Monday and Tuesday concierge service would be great.

I would recommend sending this petition to Sandra's boss, Cynthia Gregg at Midway CityCentre One (Avenue Grove's parent company) at
[email protected]. You can also file a complaint against Midway CityCentre One at https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/houston/profile/towing-company/midway-citycentre-one-0915-90035124. I love this petition but also filing multiple formal complaints with the better business bureau might help as well.

I fully agree with all that has been mentioned. My car was keyed in the parking garage due to the lack of security and no email was ever sent to let residents know.

I agree - especially on the building cleanliness/hand sanitizer stations and building security petition sections. I've also always had a problem with delivery drivers being allowed to wander the halls to make deliveries from a security standpoint - and especially now from a COVID-19 perspective. Improvements are needed across the board. I love my apartment here - but I've been very disappointed with essential standards not being upheld.

I agree - well put together petition! Clearly a management issue that fails to prioritize issues and tends to focus on nit picking about much smaller issues of no concern and trying to monetize by limiting number of resident parking spots. They should have not made the spots in the basement as reserved- I was told to park in visitor parking if no spots were open.
So as a resident my amenities are to park in visitor parking with no elevator access?
