Being one of the three, I also sent a letter of concern and complaint to Manage & Assoc., and as a past board member I fully support and endorse the petition for all changes. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Dept. is capable of protecting our neighborhood and therefor no need for additional expenses here.

This seems to be outrageous. I support the petition 100%. The HOA MUST provide a Financial Statement to the Board. If Bill's information proves out to be true(and I have no reason to believe otherwise) then the HOA would be in violation of their fiduciary responsibilities and not only fired but open to litigation and possible prosecution for misappropriation of funds. Now if the board was aware of this situation or the circumstances surrounding them we need to know that as well. Either way the Board should issue a response to the findings that Bill has highlighted ASAP. Bill thank you so much for your diligence and hard work it is very much appreciated. 1491 Willow Brook Drive- my name was not on your mailing list nor in the HOA annual booklet for some reason despite being a homeowner since May 2017. I was surprised and unhappy about the rate increase too and agree we need complete transparency on this. Thanks for your efforts. Philip Remedios
