Idaho needs this and it will get a lot of people to stop racing on the streets! Much safer for the public.

This faculty is in a perfect location for the drivers of the Boise area! I run a local drifting organization called Boisedrift and if this was open for racing this would take so many of the local street racers off of the streets and give them a safe controlled area for them to drive. It would also bring in a great amount of money for the community.
