The use of this facility by the public on a not interference basis provides numerous benefits for the community. Non-local participants spend money with local businesses. Use fees help sustain the facility. Improved relationships will develop between law enforcement and users. Participants develop better car control skills along with an appreciation for safety in their driving habits and vehicle maintenance. These skills are directly transferable to safer driving on public roads.

I drive 4 hours one way to participate with this club. Great group of people! Very professional and respectful.

This is a great place for kids to "play" with their cars...rather than the city streets.

If it's good enough for our peace officers training that we pay for and provide with funding through our taxes it should be available for every tax paying citizen to use without any payment neccessary but if they see it as we must pay them I would like the opportunity and will help to grease the wheel and show up to show them up if they are game for a little competiton

Since the state income tax we pay funded at least part of this facility, we should be allowed to use it, too!

I think this would be an excellent opportunity to provide a safe and controlled environment for legal racing activities and help keep it off the public streets.

If this passes it will help clean up the streets from street racing and bring in money from a new motor sport here in Idaho
