The new UI is awful and it's slow as hell to respond. Also, was that a JSP call I saw? Who in their right mind uses Java in a new site development these days?! It's not 1999 anymore, guys...holy cow...

Bottom line...I'v wasted enough time just waiting for the site to react to commands and rebooting every time it decides to stop working. This company really needs to reevaluate what its doing on the web...It will be taken over very soon if not.

Have been trying in vain to use Autotrader to search for a new van, what a waste of time, the slowest site I have ever used, keeps crashing and having constant page errors. I am using a 3 month old PC with 16gb of ram and quad core processors.

on a macbook air or macbook pro (both 2012) auto trader website is incredibly slow. even on my 2014 alienware with 16gb ram and i7 processor the site is slow- i would confidently say that its the website not my computer(s). its def not my broadband. i only found this site after using google because I've noticed auto trader has been terribly slow since before christmas. its easily the slowest commercial site I've ever been on.
