1) Thesyllabus design of theCentralizedMalaysia Education system is not suitable for Sarawak, as it is the Syllabus is focus on the development of the of State in Semenanjung Malaysia and haveneglected thecondition of sarawak.

2) The syllabus also is focused on "ISLAM" which is the National Religion of Semenanjung but SARAWAK have no Official Religion and this have the syllabus have being use to "Islamism" the people of Sarawak.

3) Using Bahasa Malaysia (The Federal Official Language) have cause "conflict" in the people of sarawak, due to the terminology use in subject like History, Science and Math. Which a lot of Student face problem when "move on" to international colleges or university where the term and spelling between BM and English is totally different, Most student require 1-2 year to adjust to the condition changes and cause "Stagnant" intheireducation... Also English is an OfficialLanguageof Sarawak and it is our rights to uphold this and make it a necessity to Make this our PRIMARY LANGUAGE OF EDUCATION.Sarawak education system in the past was ‘one of the best in the Commonwealth’. andSarawak Teachers Union (STU) has also called for the re-instatement of English as a medium in schools in the state.

4) The Budget allocated for Federal is not enough to cover for the Education need of Sarawak as, their focus is not onSarawakbut of the state in Semenanjung(Malaya State), “Among issues repeatedly highlighted are the dilapidated schools, especially in the rural areas, the lack of basic facilities such as classrooms and science labs, insufficient teachers due to the high rate of transfers, accessibility and connectivity, just to name a few

Therefore this Petition is for

1) Theautonomy be accorded to the State’s Education department.

2) Restore the English Education System That Once Sarawak Have

3) WantChief Minister Adenan Satem to pass a resolution in the Sarawak Legislative Assembly to Revert the Education system back to the English Education System that Sarawak have before Joining Malaysia.
