Business acquisitions are the grease that lubricates the gears of the small business machine in America by ensuring the next generation of entrepreneurs continue those business operations that create jobs well beyond their founders tenure. The PPP funding provided a just-in-time source of fuel to keep the labor engine of those businesses running. Loan forgiveness will help ensure that funding fuel source isn’t siphoned back out of the tank at a time when the American business engine needs every last drop.
