Based on what i have heard, I support streamlined forgiveness of PPP loans under $150K to avoid lender headache and political gamesmanship

Small business owners don't get nearly enough credit or attention for the amount they contribute to our economy and communities. They are used to taking risks, but the vast majority have now been impacted negatively by something they have absolutely no control over. I wholeheartedly support the Paycheck Protection Small Business Forgiveness Act,

I have seen hundreds of small businesses are closing their doors in this unforeseen Pandemic. It’s not a brainer to have have them pay for what they used in keeping the employees and their families food on their table.

This is a GREAT opportunity to help the backbone of this country. Small businesses have suffered tremendously and deserve this.

This provision is holding up my sale

Little notice but absolutely a potential deal killer that will not likely be noted until new loan documents are being prepared. Good heads up thinking!

Just would save a bunch of paperwork that nobody is going to look at anyway given the sheer volume of it all.

Auto forgiveness should be all loans under $500,000. That is the minimum appraisal threshold mandated by federal government.

Small businesses with fewer than 500 employees (subject to certain limited exceptions); independent contractors; and sole proprietors in business on February 15, 2020 can all qualify. That is not true you could file for PPP, That above statement is from the PPP application page, if you are a subcontractor and you only get 1099 from who you do work for you could have applied for unemployment and received the 600 a week plus unemployment from your state. During this I must say money was made available to everyone in every work situation, maybe not enough but something.
