Automatically Forgive PPP Loans Under $150K

It seems plan was designed not to forgive loan

Small business needs to be protected for the sake of the economy

Auto forgiveness. Small business has so much to do already.

Please accelerate the forgiveness timeline to reduce the uncertainty for our businesses and the economy.

Automatically forgive if under $150K ppp

Forgive $150,000 of every loan (regardless of size).

I have several small medical businesses that want to sell but have outstanding PPP loans. They've already met all their requirements for forgiveness and it's well past the 8 week period originally understood to file for forgiveness, but the banks won't allow the change of ownership or transfer of assets while the loan is still open. The automatic forgiveness for loans under $150K would help tremendously. But the SBA also needs to speed up the process for larger loans too.

Critical. Businesses that want or need to sell need this badly. Buyers need this to be clear so they don’t accept liability for what they didn’t do.

I have a deal being held up right now and as we all know "Time kills deals"

We need this Act to help the many small businesses that have complied with the Care Act, and now need to sell their business!

We need a simple and quick way to get loan forgiveness. Without it much will come to a halt.
