There are many petitions to ban cellphones while driving. The reality is people still use their phones anyway. This is a petition to any goverment body that wants to put an end to it - please consider working with major cellphone manufacturers requesting and autolocking feature that activates if device start moving with a speed of 5-8 mpg or greater. Busses, trains, subway should have an unlocking mechanism build in (wifi based or NFC based (tap to activate phone for limited time)).
