Allowing crossbows would help to reduce the deer population which is becoming a problem in eastern Long Island, 1C. As the Jaunuary season allows shotgun and muzzleloader in parts of suffolk county I can not understand why crossbows would not be allowed? I am in favor of supporting crossbo hunting in 1C.
