Being unionized has it's benifits to the employees but true enough that a choice by vote should at least be in perspective

I believe we should be given the info of what would be involved and changes in going union and with that the choice to make an informed decision.

I've been an IT Professional, with great influence in management and governance, for over 25 years. Being Unionized without having any input is so far from reality it is ludicrous. If the negotiators don't see the light I'll have to have the MLA's change the rules.
