Ghanaian food vendors are always fond of asking funny questions concerning customers' purchases, and this seems to bother a lot of buyers. So, this year, we are putting out a petition to let all food vendors know that we won't tolerate that anymore.
Let us purchase our food in peace, whether it's big, small, or without fish.
I really thought this might just be me venting about the intrusive questions at the food stall but the energy here is actually wild now. It is honestly so validating to see that so many of you are just as tired of being grilled about your fish choices while you are literally just trying to eat lunch.

I want to leave a vegan life because I am a Rasta Man...the attitude of many sellers is very dishearting.... because I am always busy and have no time for cooking, the only alternative is to buy food outside...some sellers say, "you will get no soup if you don't buy meet or fish"....from the words coming out of the big mouth of some sellers, you could easy tell they are meaning that am as broke as hell...but that's not the case... I just want to leave my life with regards to my beliefs just like every other person..but the system and attude of some sellers makes it so difficult and that's a hug deal for me.

The way they look at your plate is enough. We are tired of the interrogation every single lunch hour
